More new development happening in NoDa
The neighborhood of NoDa is soon going to get a brand new apartment community located at the intersection of 25th Street and North Brevard conveniently located near the Blue Line Extension at the 25th Street Station as well as near the Charlotte Greenway Trail.
The new community will total 261 units on 2.3 acres of land and the “space will foster the artistry, culture and history of the surrounding community, as well as provide high-end amenities and finishes.” The design will pull from the aesthetic of the NoDa area that was once used for cotton and textile mills.
A few of the community perks include a beautiful courtyard and saltwater pool, as well as a lounge, game room and also a kitchen area that well overlook the Charlotte Greenway.
Wood Partners is the development company that is leading the project and is “one of the nation’s leading multifamily real estate development acquisition companies.”
