Myers Park is home to some of Charlotte’s most prestigious addresses. The affluent neighborhood’s oak trees are just as grand as its homes. Its proximity to Uptown and SouthPark are just added bonuses to calling Myers Park home!

The neighborhood’s top-price acreage is bordered by Queens, Providence, Sharon and Park roads. Its adjacent neighborhoods are also some of the most desirable in the city, such as Dilworth, Sedgefield, Eastover, SouthPark and Foxcroft.

Myers Park is home to the Myers Park Country Club, the private Queens University and several of CMS’s top-ranked schools, including Alexander Graham Middle and Myers Park High schools.

There are a wide range of home styles, from moderately-sized bungalows to the grandest of Georgian, Old World and French Country homes and estates, both newer construction and older homes. The neighborhood also has several upscale condominium buildings from which to choose, making it attractive for singles, couples and families alike.

The sky is the limit on price and size of the homes available in Myers Park. There are homes less than 2,000 square feet listed in the high $300,000s to nearly 11,000-square-foot estates priced at more than $4.2 million. There are homes built in the early 1900s as well as 2016 new construction.


A total of 181 homes sold in Myers Park during the last 12 months for an average sales price of $968,037 and nearly $285 per square foot. Those home sales averaged approximately 97% of list price.

Sales prices ranged from $220,000 to $2.95 million.

Currently, there are 99 properties listed for sale in Myers Park. Twenty-six of the properties are under contract as of Sept. 25. Fifty-five of the properties are listed at more than $1 million.
